Hey I’m wondering about something. Why doesn’t God let people do certain things that won’t harm anyone? Like a man loving a man, I just don’t get why that’s morally wrong

Hey, thank you so much for the question!
I totally understand why it might be confusing why it is deemed as morally wrong.
To clarify the phrase "man loving a man", I'll assume that you mean that a man is having intimate relations with another man; rather than a man loving another man in a non-intimate sense.
When God first created mankind, He created Adam, a man, and Eve, a woman. God wanted man to be able to leave his father and mother, and be joined to his wife as one flesh .
God's design and original intent for intimate relations was for man and woman to enjoy, in the context of being within a marriage covenant, where each individual has decided to only share their body with the other, until death do them part.
In , "But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband." The apostle Paul describes that sexual relations should occur between a man and his wife, and between a woman, and a husband. There aren't any instances in the bible in which God says it is okay for a man to have relations with another man (and same for women with women); it's actually something that is considered as sin to God .
Something that I want to point out is that God doesn't hate men who have intimate relations with other men; He hates the sin within them, and there's a clear distinction. It's no different than God hating the sin of a man that has intimate relations with a woman before they are married. God loves the person, as He created the person, but hates the sin, and His desire is for them to realize that what they are doing is against His original design for what is good.
God is described in the Bible as a perfectly holy and righteous being who can do no wrong . As He is the standard of perfect morality, He gets to decide what is the right way for humanity to live.
