Why does God bless some people more than others?

I'd like to start with , which says "Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been His counselor?"
God has infinite wisdom; this means that He knows every nuance, outcome, and every single implication of every act and decision. Only God can make the right calculations to decide what is the ultimate good for you and I and how to work different graces and blessings that He gives for you and I toward that good.
The Bible heavily suggests that the answer to your question is unreachable and thereby beyond our capacity to fully understand.
To answer a slightly different question "when does God bless a person", in the Old Testament, Moses says in "If you fully obey the Lord your God... All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God...". So in some cases the blessings come about as a direct result of God's people obeying His commandments. However, some people that do not obey God's commandments still receive blessings, in which case we'd refer to which mentions that "he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust."
In the end, we don't have a clear cut answer on why God chooses to bless some people more than others; He has a plan and purpose that is beyond our capacity to understand all of the intricacies behind all of His decision-making. Hope this helped!
